Coroner: Synthetic LSD Causes Fall
The Centre County coroner’s office says a 20-year-old Penn State student who died in November after falling from a downtown apartment balcony tested positive for marijuana and synthetic LSD. Late last year, State College police issued a warning about dangerous synthetic drugs after several overdoses in the area. The incident is one of at least seven falls from high locations in the borough over the past 2 years. Last weekend, a student fell approximately 16-feet from a balcony at the Palmerton Apartment Building.
