Strengths

·         Good sized NFL tackle, strong enough to anchor and handle in run game

·         Long arms

·         Wins with hands and technique, good kick slide

·         Plays with good balance in pass pro

 

Weaknesses

·         Lacks speed for the left side

·         Feet and legs are heavy

·         Gets too high coming out of his stance

·         Can be beat across his face

·         Struggles with speed

·         Sometimes lunges at defender, especially at second level

·         Waist bender, doesn’t sink hips and get into stance

 

Analysis:

Moses has the potential to be a very good right tackle at the next level. His quickness and explosion isn’t good enough for the left side but he’s a good technician and plays with patience and strength. Moses needs to improve his mentality. There have been questions about his conditioning and effort during his time at Virginia. If he can continue to improve, Moses has the size and ability to be productive in the NFL.
