Analysis:

There is a lot to like about Beckham. He possesses, strong hands, great physicality and an explosive burst that helped him be a productive contributor in the SEC for three years.  All of his shortcomings are correctable as well. He sometimes has lapses in concentration when catching (trying to run before he has the ball). He could also stand to polish his route running a bit as well. He tends to round off the top of his routes, giving the DB a clue as to where the route is going. The biggest knock about Beckham however is that he is under six feet tall. It would be a mistake to count Beckham out just because the NFL is going to bigger receivers now. Beckham will be very productive player at the next level and could be a 2nd round steal if he slips that far.
